      Self-Publishing School's Working Hours & Holiday Schedule

      Self-Publishing School's working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern Time

      Here are our work hours based on other time zones:

      Pacific Time: 6 AM to 2 PM

      London UK Time: 2 PM to 10 PM

      Sydney AU Time: 12 AM to 8 AM

      Holiday Schedule

      Please know Self-Publishing School is closed on the following days listed below: 

      • New Years Day
      • Good Friday
      • Memorial Day
      • Independence Day
      • Labor Day
      • Thanksgiving (and the Friday after Thanksgiving)
      • Christmas Eve Day
      • Christmas Day
      • New Year's Eve

      Please know if you submit a Support Ticket on the weekend or on a holiday, our Student Success team will respond to your inquiry on the following business day.

      If you submit a Support Ticket outside of normal working hours, our Student Success team will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible the next business day!
