How Do I Open a Support Ticket?

Opening a Support Ticket is the best way to receive priority support from the Student Success team at Self-Publishing School.

How to open a Support Ticket:

  1. Find the chat box on the SPS Help Center page or inside of Teachable.
  2. Click on the Chat Box in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. 

  3. Choose "General Support," "Schedule a Coaching Call," or "Cancel / Reschedule coaching call."

  4. Next, type a keyword that relates to your question. Try "invoice," or "support" or "milestone."
  5. Hit enter.
  6. Review and click on the suggested Help Center articles. They may answer your question, and opening a Support Ticket may not be necessary.
  7. If the suggested articles do not answer your question, type your challenge and how we can support you. The more detailed you are, the better we can support you!
  8. Hit enter.
  9. Your Support Ticket has been submitted.
  10. Once your ticket is submitted, one of our Student Success team members will get back to you within one business day via email.
