Upon signing up to SPS, we sent you a copy of your invoice from the email@example.com email address. You can also access your invoice within Teachable.
Upon signing up to SPS, we sent you a copy of your invoice from the email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please search your emails for the email@example.com email address if the invoice can't be found in your main inbox. Sometimes, emails from the team@ email address will go to your Promotions tab instead of your main inbox.
Alternatively, you can:
- Log into Teachable
- Click the profile image in the top right corner of the screen
- Click Invoices
- Click on a specific product to get more details about the invoice
- Click Print in the top right corner to print a copy of your invoice, or save your invoice as a PDF
