      3 Things You MUST Do To Prepare for the Author Advantage Live Virtual Experience

      1. Join the Facebook group. 2. Block your calendar. 3. Show up to Check-In.

      The Author Advantage Live Virtual Experience takes place June 8 - 10, 2023. On all three days, the Virtual Experience will start at 11am ET and end at approximately 7pm ET.

      Below are the top 3 things you can do to prepare.

      Start your journey in the Facebook group by posting an introduction video of yourself and what you're most excited about for the Author Advantage Live Virtual Experience!

      We'll continue to post updates, notifications, and further details on how to prepare leading up to the Virtual Experience.

      2. Block Time in Your Calendar

      We can't wait to see you LIVE at the Virtual Experience!

      You may have already blocked your calendar, but if you haven't, block June 8 - 10 off your calendar for the following times:

      June 8th: 10:30am - 7:00pm ET

      June 9th: 10:30am - 7:00pm ET

      June 10th: 10:30am - 6:00pm ET

      Remember, this it not a webinar. It's not a recording. It's not a "show up and listen" event.

      This is a Virtual Experience. It will be interactive. You'll be fully engaged over the course of these three days.

      Be sure to block your calendar so you can give the Virtual Experience your undivided attention.

      3. Show up to Check-in 

      Lights! Camera! Action! Right? Well..

      To make sure your device is capable of joining the Virtual Experience, we'll be hosting a Check-In June 6th - 7th, 2023 from 11am to 7pm ET. 

      We'll make sure your Zoom software is updated to the most recent version. We'll make sure your audio and video is working the way it should be. 

      In other words, we'll make sure your tech is 100% ready before the Virtual Experience begins.

      Please keep an eye on your email inbox June 7th as you'll receive an invitation to join the Check-In at assigned times. 

      Check-In is mandatory for every attendee and once complete, you'll be, in the words of Ramy Vance, ready to "Rock and Roll!" for the Author Advantage Live Virtual Experience!
