You can update your credit card by logging into Teachable or by opening a support ticket!
We've made it easier for you to update your credit card details by offering two options to update your card.
Update your credit card in Teachable:
- Login to your account in Teachable
- Click the profile image in the top right corner of the screen (to the right of "Your Timeline")
- Click "Update Credit Card"
- Under "Add a new credit card", please fill in all applicable fields and click Update
- Once this is complete, our Student Success team will verify the updated card. If there are any problems, we'll reach out to you directly!

Note: In the future, you'll be able to make payments directly through Teachable without the need to get in touch with our team. We'll let you know when this becomes an option. Thanks for understanding!
